Ticketing FAQ

The easiest way to buy tickets is right here on our website. Subscriptions and single tickets are available now.

You may also order over the phone. Call 503-234-4077 and leave a voicemail with your full name and phone number, and we’ll give you a call back as quickly as possible. Our Box Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am – 1 pm.

Premium Seating is Assigned Seating and Standard Seating is General Seating.

Once your order is complete, you can submit any special seating requests, including ADA seating, using the Contact Us form. Please communicate your needs as clearly as possible, and include contact information in case we need to follow up. Though we’re unable to guarantee that we can accommodate you, we’ll certainly do our best to get as close as possible!

Renewing subscribers receive seating priority, with additional consideration given to their history with ONN. We are currently offering PREMIUM Seating Subscriptions and STANDARD seating Subscriptions.

Subscriptions Packages

• Premium Package (15% off)
  • Access to Premium Seating at a discounted rate (top-tier seating)
    • Select preferred seats before single tickets go on sale.
    • Invitation to premium events including rehearsals, advance ticketing to the Spectacular, etc.
  • Standard Package (10% off)
    • Access to Standard Seating at a discounted rate (second-tier seating)
      • General Seating for Saturday evening concerts

Choose between virtual or hard copy tickets. Physical tickets will be mailed out starting two weeks before the concert.

Subscribers can make free and easy exchanges at any point in the season, and for any reason. Just give us a call to make the request before noon on the Thursday preceding the concert out of which you need to exchange.

There are no returns or exchanges for single ticket buyers.
